tModLoader

tModLoader

tModLoader forced zoom out windowed screen?
For a while now, my friends screen has been fitted to a small windowed version and it will not scale naturally when she full screens it. She has messed with the UI and zoom scale both in the game and in the games files. Exiting out, re-downloading tMod, and restarting her computer do not fix the problem either. The only time it went back to normal was when she had to completely reset her computer, and even that wasn't permanent. If any of you guys know what might be going on, we'd really like to know!

things she has tried:

1.) changing the ResetDefaultUIScale to both true and false
2.) changing "Fullscreen", "WindowMaximized" and "WindowBorderless" between true and false
3.) Tried every setting of display height and width available through the in-game menu
4.) Ensured the Zoom and UIScale are both at 1.0
5.) Redownloaded tmodloader
6.) Redownloaded steam

"WindowMaximized": false,

She already has the setting to false.

If it helps, on both occasions this has happened, it has been triggered by her minimizing her screen and reopening it.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
