TmodLoader stuck on 'Starting Server'

the game was working fin yesterday but now i can't host the modded server due to that problem, i checked my firewall, verified my files , but with no success and the only way to host it is using the tmodserver.exe but my friend can't join me, so i was wondering if i can fix that problem, i was wondering if i can send the world data to my friend so he can host

Common issue with this is slow or no internet connection, I’d check that first, that’s the most common issue, it can be many things.

Sounds similar to something I've run into before. Not sure if this helps, but the quick solution that has worked for me, if its a host problem, restarting the game/the computer can be a pretty quick fix.

The only other thing I could think of is a needed update but that's about it. beyond that, I'm not certain of what you could be going through. Just trying to give ideas to narrow down the problem.
