Calamity WOF

Like usual. Calamity revengence mode Wall of flesh. What the ♥♥♥♥ is he????
Any tips on how to kill him? Calamity is my main mod, Rest are Quality of life. Tips? im a mage/ranger, I'm using Slime gods armor, using the black anurchin weapon from abyss as my main weapon, other weapons i should use?

My personal reccomendation for a weapon is the Night's/Carnage Ray, it has very high dps for pre hardmode AND it has aoe to kill the hungries. Other than that, if you make a bridge like most do for WoF, make the bridge out of solid blocks and not platforms. this will make the bottom eye useless and the only thing you'll have to worry about are the leeches and the lasers from the top eye. if you're still struggling, you could build a roof above you and make both eyes useless (I personally dont do this as i find it cheesy but do what you want).
Lastly, make sure you bring bare minimum Magic Power Potions and Mana Regen Potions.
