Also put more gigabytes of ram into Tmodloader.
i dont know how thats even possible? like i could understand a normal crash if it loads a lot of mods that use up more ram then you have for terraria but like restarting your pc? you sure you arent hitting a key on your keyboard or something?

Yeah i mean i downloadead like 4 days ago and my pc was running fine with no problem but since i installed it it kept restarting on itself, i will try the 64 bits thanks

Having the same issue. It reboots my PC (but doesn't uninstall itself)

which version are you currently running? Also i assume your OS is Windows, right?

I assume you are running the default. You can try running the new Beta version (game properties->betas->1.4-preview).

Also you can try and install tmodloader from their github directly (https://github.com/tModLoader/tModLoader)

Please reply if you try and if it changes anything

The most current version ie the default ig yeah. And yes, windows 10.

The error is "kernel power error 41"

Hm, it doesn't seem like explicitly terraria problem, more like drivers or hardware one. In your place i'd google it because there are probably some forums that can help you with that. If you want to try and reinstall your software drivers, try reinstalling .Net, .Net framework and XNA runtime (XNA one called XNA display runtime) drivers from the official microsoft website. I do not guarantee it would help as i've seen it is probably mostly a hardware problem related to your pc power (maybe insufficient power or something throws a critical error and shutdowns)

I think I narrowed mine down to something to do with the CPU?? Still testing. Very much a trial and error thing cause there's a whole list of ♥♥♥♥ that could cause it yeah.

It is happening much less frequently now though which is interresting. Also odd that it only happens exclusively with tmodloader so maybe is is a .NET thing hmm
