Where are tmodloader mods saved to? EDIT: NECROPOST, DO NOT REPLY
Title. All the stuff on Google points to the location before it came on Steam, and I accidently put one too many mods so now the stupid thing won't let me go in.

Everything I found pointed to the game folder, not documents. That or I was too tired to read correctly.... thanks

Probably only on WIndows, as a Terraria folder was missing in home directory documents.

~/ means your home directory
~/.local/share/Terraria/ModLoader/Mods/

This is on Debian 11 Bookworm/Sid

Wanna know an easier fix than risking to mess up your game?
Fluxxation Oct 2, 2021 @ 6:03am
So when you get into the actual game, when your mods start loading, hit the dance button as quick as you can. Don’t hit it more than once, just give it a single click and wait, it’ll stop the mod loading process and let you get in. Go to your mods, hit disable all, and then hit reload. After you’ve done that, you can add back mods until you find your limit again, hope this helped!

The issue has long been fixed, and besides, your suggestion wouldn't have worked anyway since it wouldn't start the game

NECROPOST - DO NOT REPLY PLEASE

By start game I meant open tmodloader itself, not going in game.

If you couldn’t open tml mod count isn’t to blame, mod count only comes into play after loading starts.

Just because you have a solution doesn’t mean that I can’t offer a suggestion.

Open the Mods menu in-game and click the “Open Mods Folders” button.
