Maybe you'll find something on there that helps you, but I'm pretty certain that you have to edit the files yourself if you want to change the health by a specific amount.

You can use DragonLens´ mod, if you install it and choose the advanced type when you first join the game, at your left there will be a button called ¨entity editor¨ or something of that kind, then you'll only have to click on the npc that you want to edit to get the GUI pop up, you can edit a really big variety of stats, included mod-stats from other mods, if it doesn't work keep clicking on the mod, or if it yet still doesnt select the npc (happened to me once) while having the npc editor gui on, select the buff editor and add a random buff to the npc you want to edit (since you have to click too on the npc you want to give the buff) that way you'll be able to edit your NPC, hope I wish of help :D, if it doesn't work or anything let me know and I'll try to help.
