Default Save Location For Mods
Is there any way for the default save location for the mods to be changed? I have recently put my OS on an external SSD and want to keep the mods I have on my old storage device. No, I don't want to move the mods in the old storage device to the SSD, there is no space for it. I have tried to go through the TModloader file to find a config file or anything, but to no avail. Any help?

Refer to this: https://github.com/tModLoader/tModLoader/wiki/Command-Line
You'll want to change tModLoader's Launch Settings in Steam (Right-Click => Properties => Set Launch Options... Button).

1) In Steam, right-click tModLoader and go to 'Properties'.
2) In the window that pops up, there should be a button called 'Set Launch Options...'. Click it.
3) Use the link I provided above to find your argument and parameter. For example, changing the save folder would use either '-savedirectory' or 'tmlsavedirectory' depending on if you want the ModLoader folder or not.
Changing the folder to Documents/My Games/Terraria 2 (without the ModLoader folder):
-tmlsavedirectory C:\Users\(your username)\Documents\My Games\Terraria 2
