Problems with Tmod loader and all mods resetting data.

Usually when I reload Tmod loader, the entire game will reset and all of my controls will reset alongside mods. This isn't a problem but, it'll remove and modded items, blacks ect. from my worlds but not the players. The main mods I use (At least in this time but, it's done this sort of thing with any mod combo) are Wing slot, Idglib, Alchemist NPC Recipe Browser, Calamity (With music) thorium, simple levels, cheat sheet, Infinity and boss checklist. It isn't consistent either when this entire game wipe happens either, it'll just be at random. This problem happened with the other version as well and I hope someone has found a way to fix this terrible problem that I couldn't find any others having.
