TerraCustom HELP

So i just thought when TModLoader came out to create a modded world with some friends of mine, so i installed all the mods we decided to put in there. Then we noticed that if we add TerraCustom we could have more fun with our experience, specially for the fact that an extra large world suits more people. So i tried to install it from the Terraria Forum, following all the rules to make it work, but i actually have no idea on how to use it on TModLoader. TModLoader uses ''.tmod'' files and TerraCustom has a different way to work as some of you know, moreover if i put it in the normal terraria files it wont work cuz TerraCustom latest version is 1.3 . So i have NO IDEA on how to use TerraCustom on TModLoader, if someone is already using it please tell me how to, it's really important to me! (Sorry for my bad english and my rubbish skills on modding, i'm just a bored italian who wants to have fun )
