Well, then you're missing out on a great game then. You gotta love a game that at least sets up a narrative before it gets messy. I presume you gave up on RDR 2 as well???
If you cannot discern real life from a game, you need to see a therapist, mate. I'm serious, btw, this can be an issue later in life.
But the game is rather boring compared to, say, the first one, I'll give you that. And too over the top (for my taste). But dayum these people can direct visuals!
Ignore him - I remember getting the game through a sale, and it provided me with many hours of playtime and the graphics were quite stunning and the performance was beautiful (on a RTX 3080). I enjoyed it on its own without playing the others... but I enjoy games that have an incredible spider web of actions and consequences.
Really all you need to know about this post right here.
Never started it. Neither of the Red Dead games interested me in the first place. :-)
Nothing wrong with setting up a narrative, but after 2 and a half hours, you shouldn't still be setting up your narrative. :-)
I enjoyed the Medan game, the faces didn't look as weird, and the game moved along at a reasonable pace. I'm an old man, I've played a lot of games, read many many books, and watched many many movies. At my age I don't have any patience for a bad story that takes itself seriously. If you are going to put together a story with dumb dialog and crap-acting, better make it a comedy that pokes fun at itself. If the story is meant to be taken seriously, it should be worth it. This one is not.
So it tries my patience. That coupled with the fact that I am supposed to watch uninteresting drivel for long stretches of time, and then suddenly whack a key to affect what happens, ugh. No thanks.
The rest is just opinion, which is fine. Choose your own adventure games aren't for everyone.
Op, do us a favor and shut the living hell up. Go read a book or something, take a break from your life and come back to reality please.
