I've gotten all the coins in the game, but never found the bonus one. Does anybody have any ideas where it is?

I can't seem to find a way to quit the game when I'm done playing

Im playing on laptop and found most controls like directional steering with arrow keys and flapping with space only im still wondering how the quickflapping to float in midair as seen in the video can be done maybe i did miss some brake key or something?...
