Neighbor Subquest Completion Help

I've gotten 9/12 of the subquests- and I'm assuming the last three are the neighbors you can romance.

I have completed their romance side quests and unlocked their sex scenes, however they still haven't maxed out and completed the subquests for some reason.

Is there an extra step I'm missing after their affection & sidequests are maxed?

I have 2 out of the 3- not sure what triggers the third one, but I got the "mystery completed" ending and the "colleagues" ending, to avoid spoilers.

Do you remember what you did to finish out the sub quest markers on the neighbors?

ok now i have 12/12 the last one was the wife in room 101
i dont know why but at 7 AM she stands in front of her room with his husband and i can talk with her.

I checked and it looks like my patch is indeed 1.01

in the recollection menu there is an npc(blue man) you can talk with him then you can unlock the 3 ending

I posted in a newer thread about this, here's the copy paste:
I believe there's a glitch in the display for the neighbor's affection stats. You can just buy a ton of coffee, find her at 7AM and gift her coffee after coffee until it says "Affection maxed!".
After that at 10 PM you'll see a message that says "You feel watched", sleep with Lilim and then talk to the neighbor in the morning and the quest will progress, repeat this whole process twice.
EDIT: If you haven't reached the hole in the wall event you need to revisit home at a certain time after she has said she's afraid of earthquakes, there will be an earthquake right after.

in the new patch you see the affection stats

In order to get the last ending you need to clear the normal route via chapter 6 completion and then go to recollection to trigger a cutscene.
After that go into your Chapter 5 save and find a "Beggar" near restaurant garbage(food) around 2 AM, i found him before the recollection event, but during that time he does not say anything.

Talking him after meeting requirements will trigger last ending, which was kinda surprising, but explain a lot.

Heavy spoiler below:
Medicine doctor is the last #4 Succubus, that's responsible for everyone's death.
This also counted as last 12/12 event for me. So right now i'm at 100% completion.

Since the main storyline isn't really finished (yes and no), i expect either some kind of DLC or a sequel later. It was a nice plottwist, though.

Maybe if you get Ending #1 its because you survived. Happy thoughts.I wouldn't count on a DLC or sequel, this is a much older game.
Check out Imouto Monochrome or, DojinOtome made a DLC for Summer Memories already, and is making a sequel for that. I'm sure given the success those will be translated.

The doctor isn't the '#4 Succubus', there never were any succubi. She's a witch who sold drugs that made you hallucinate succubi until you orgasmed yourself to death
