where is jagged hooks warehouse

can someone please explain to me where i can find jagged hooks warehouse. Have now walked about 2 hours doing side quests but can't find it. I know it's stupid. But I really can't find it. I already was in Graham' barrack.

Take the gondola. The warehouse is its own stop for it and cannot be reached otherwise. It's on the lower left of the Bilgewater region map.

You mean the Fasttravelspot? I can't travel there with it. I don`t have the Option.

Yes, the fast travel spot. The warehouse is at the lower left of the map.
