kolorotur thanks, I knew about this post. I mean canon status of this game now after continuity update of 2023 with unified canon.

I think I read somewhere that every piece of LoL media ever produced is canon now since that update (something to do with alternate universes?).
Full disclaimer: not a LoL lore nerd. My entire experience with the universe is limited to this game, Arcane series and some random stuff youtube/google suggested on the subject.

With Arcane being Runeterra's current canon theres 3 ways.

Anything made after Arcane atleast S2 is canon with only Song of Nunu being hard confirmed.

Anything that doesn't go against Arcane or any new lore but isn't spoken of is soft canon and is subject to change.

Anything that contradicts with it is not canon.

As of now I believe it doesn't contradict with anything but given the whole issues with Ruination as a whole the game might be gutted in a few years if they choose to redo the storyline for it.
