Certain potions arent coming up

anyone else have a issue with certain potions not appearing it would be that big on an issue but im on a boss fight where i really need a revive potion i have it but it wont come up in combat is this a bug or is there a work around?

I may be a bit further along. It seems the potions available in combat are your potion list sorted from weakest to strongest and it only shows top 8 or 10. This seems to be a bug as I cannot find any setting in the inventory to select the potions available for combat.

Well it wasn't really a problem, just me being dumb (or the UI being non-intuitive) I noticed that my mouse was hovering over the potion bar - remove your mouse from there and use A or D to scroll through your potions.
