"Good Neighbors" bug?

Hello! I've been doing missions around the docks and there was a rumour called "good neighbors" (I think! I translated, I play the game on portuguese, it's called "bons vizinhos"). It puts a "mission mark" inside a shop that I've explored all the way and there is actually absolutely nothing to interact with at that spot.
There was a mission involving that shop and the deposit and it's been solved already. Now I have a "deal" with the owners and the deposit is open and clear.
I have the feeling this rumour should be counting as solved at this point but it is still there as if there was something else to do.
Am I wrong? Anyone has any idea of what to do? Appreciate some help. Thanks!

-Validate your game files, here's instructions on how: Right click on the game > properties > verify integrity
-If you're still having issues, please post your logs for us and we'll take a look! Here's where they're located: "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Airship Syndicate"

So is this quest bugged? Nothing happens after the fight with the shop owner and his wife and the quest remains active (Friendly Neighbors -> Head to the Mom and Pop shop).

I did check the integrity and nothing was wrong. After that, that mission is still bugged.
