Report a translation problem
This is a similar bug to The Cursed Count quest, which becomes available early on but cannot be triggered until you have Miss Fortune in your party and walk by the quest's location.
Do you guys really not QA your own games? If anyone can find this on their first playthrough, how in the heck did you guys manage not to?
If during the passage of the story quest "return to the mansion" of Miss Fortune, answer her comrade that we are NOT ready to go up to the mansion, then we can go behind his back and get into the "watchtower" location earlier than it is planned.
Thus, we can get in and go through the location "Isobel's dwelling" before the main quest sent us there (the quest "friendly meeting" + "dangerous hook").
During the passage of the location, it will take place dialogues of characters, who are not yet in the team, and Isobel will leave the room, before the main storyline.
If we return to "Isobel's dwelling" later, with the active quest "friendly meeting" + "dangerous hook", then the cutscene does not take place, since it has already been and Isobel is not there.
The main storyline is broken and it is impossible to go further.
It is impossible to restart the quest. What to do - unknown.

So onto the bugs:
1. Purchasing a rumor after visiting the bounty board will make a quest for "Visit the bounty board to find out about X" be permanently stuck in your quest log (since you already got the bounty quest beforehand).
2. Buying Caulfield's Warhammer before Pyke join the party will trigger a cutscene with where Sarah and Pyke casually talk about the hammer.
3. Reading a document found on the ground makes containers not possible to open either for a small amount of time or until you move away from the containers (the need to be in close proximity to the document).
4. From time to time some animation seem to run at a lower frame rate than the rest of the game (normally attack animation).
5. Using the bot south of Ship Salvage Yard leads you to a small island with a house, inside that house there is a chest that needs to be revealed by Sarah's dungeon ability - clicking the invisible chests prompts the animation of revealing to play but the chest remains invisible and unobtainable.
6. Opened chests still glow blue (the glow when you open a chest for the first time) when you enter an area after leaving it
That's it so far, again, none of there are game breaking but I'm not sure if the quests in the quest log won't invalidate some achievement (or something like that).

Edit: oh, and the quest itself of course doesn't even work the moment you receive it via a rumor from Ruby. Philias simply has nothing new to say. Why did you guys even allow obtaining (starting) various quests BEFORE you even meet their level/story progress requirements? It just confuses TF out of people, loses time, makes the player run around wondering what's wrong - so much unnecessary time lost.
- Video settings reset everytime I reopen the game.
- Input mappings can't be used for most buttons.
- Saved point doesn't work, so I got pushed back to the save prior.
- Borderless window mode doesn't work
- Optional mini map would be very useful
- Entering grey harbor, you can't get to the first chest next to the rest point even though it shows enough space. You also get stuck for a brief while after reaching that chest.
- Achievement 'Visions' is deplayed twice.
- Quick strike strikes at nothing if it's not moused onto an area with a monster.
- Unbreakable on Braum requires 10 MP, but it doesn't take MP.
- WharfRat in Well of the Mother Serpent doesn't attack the character with taunt.
- Bug in Scavenger's Plunge in the Well of the Mother Serpent makes it so when the character descends via the elevator boat, the character is stuck on the top platform. This is because the elevator boat has a small step you can use on the elevator boat after it descends.
I have killed her but she keep staying in the fight untargettable and don't allow me to finish the game on heroic difficulty. :(
1. Maps don't update. I've collected chests and had the map not update, and i had one odd chest at the gauntlet in thresh's keep where the chest showed up on the map but wasn't there the first time I looked there, but when i came back later the chest appeared.
2. Quests don't update: this primarily has to do with the bounty hunter quests. The bounties in the bounties tab will complete, but the quests saying to check the bounties board will not
3. The fishing animation will sometimes stick and i'll be able to run around with a fishing pole. Best i can tell, this happens when i move the analog stick while reeling in and re-casting a fishing rod really quickly.
4. EVERY station where more crafting recipes can be picked up is bugged to hell. Sometimes i activate them and they immediately deactivate. and even if they stay active on screen, walking out and walking back in causes them to shut down again. and again, they don't show up as picked up or collected on the map.
5. During one of the later cutscenes i had to restart the game because the game was stuck in a cutscene where nothing was happening.
6. The cutscene with pyke and his hammer will repeat every single time i walk out of that vendor's area.
There are a lot of problems with side quests, many of them cannot be completed properly. The mark appears on the map, but there is no quest, either it will appear at a certain level, or it will not appear at all!
The third ultimate Illaoi does not come out to get. When I receive a mysterious idol from the monster's mouth, the game informs me that the idol must be returned to the snake mother's well! I searched the whole well of the mother snake, but I didn't find anything! I decided to return to the philosopher, I thought maybe I should just pass the quest, as was the case with Yasuo, but as soon as I talked to the philosopher, Illaoi's quest broke down and regained the status of "Finding an Idol". Why look for it if I already have it?
