After doing that I still get my cutscenes skipped, it's like they don't even play, hope you guys can fix it soon, good luck, seem to be a recurring problem.
Here's the errors I'm getting in the log:
Do you happen to have an AMD video card? We pinned a post about it in the forum, but we found an issue with certain AMD video cards causing an error and the videos fail to play. We're investigating a fix!
What version of windows are you on?
game log: https://paste-bin.xyz/14375
dxdiag: https://paste-bin.xyz/14376
windows event viewer error: https://paste-bin.xyz/14377
Got all that info and this is helpful, we're investigating, thanks!
It does appear to be a driver issue with Nvidia, can you try doing a clean installation of the latest drivers?
Download the latest drivers and start the install process, when prompted with Express or Custom installation(advanced), choose Custom. On the next screen there should be a check box for "Perform a Clean Installation". Make sure that is checked and finish the installation and make sure to reboot after.
Let me know if that works!
