If I didn't want to support the creators, I wouldn't be buying it in the first place lol. I want to support them and I don't think a small sale is going to hurt the sales numbers. In fact it will have the opposite effect and boost the sales.

Have they fixed all the bugs yet then? I hear that there are a lot of annoying bugs in the game, that are still unfixed. Only thing keeping me from buying it at full price tbh.

You usually start seeing sales around now then. As for the OP there is a sale around the end of January it may show up there, but we don't know Riots strategy for paid games. They may take the look that it is better to not discount or discount minimally.
