Game crash / bugs / issues / support
Known issues:

Game crashing at startup. Are you using Citrix? You may need to re-install Citrix as described here: https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/1743358239830363122/

How to report a bug

Please send a message to support@marineverse.com with subject: "Bug in Pancake Sailor"- include following information:
  • Your system information. ( Operating system version, CPU, GPU, RAM info )
  • What is the problem and how to reproduce it ( if possible )
  • Include the game log from the session that is causing the issue. ( Right clicking on the game on Steam should allow you to bring settings menu - click "browse open files" and send us output_log file )
