Near to end-game, can't find Veiled Maiden.

After reaching almost the end game, when the NPC's of the mansion is gone, I cant find anymore the Veiled Maiden and complete one of the necessary quest for the true ending. Could DEVs please fix this and make this character available again? I wanna kill all bosses and do the true ending =(

Killing Laddack will remove all NPCs.

I did this as well I am just starting a new save and enjoying replaying it. What all quests do you ahve to do to unlock the true ending? is there a guide somewhere?

Same here. If killing Laddack locks you out of the true ending, then I guess I'm done. There's no way I'm replaying the whole thing just for that.

So unlucky, I killed first Laddack and then I prepared for the post-game Quest, I was farming so damn much that I have max. health and all another stats on 50, all weapons maxed, I need only the Quest with the Veiled Maiden. I love this game, but I don’t restart it yet and play again, my pile of shame is so big, I start with Dark Souls first. Hope this would be fix with an Update.

It's ok, even if you had the mask, the door disappears after you kill Laddak.
