Red eyes of the main enemy

When the main enemy (for example, Anna) has red eyes, I know I can't stun her with UV light, but every time she ends up finding me and ending my game, and I get very sad. I wanted to know if there's a way to escape from her when she has red eyes because she's faster than me, and just running away doesn't help at all, perhaps a way to hide or something like that

I suggest you 2 things:
1) Once she / he is stunned, run as much as you can hoping she / he does not follow you.
2) Sometimes, in some maps, you can "hide" in certain spots momentarily where she / he will not likely see you (for example between the chairs in the church).
