As for actual advice: if you have a party of 4 people, a good strat for any map/mode you can't beat is to have 1 person assigned to die to Azazel whenever he gets mad, and another person assigned to revive the first. Azazel calms down when he grabs someone, so it'll keep him calm, and the other two of you will have a safe time actually playing through the level.
On Farmhouse you could try burning 5-5, if one of you has "Team Leader" perk, this can work really well. But usually for newer parties there's always that one guy that keeps randomly dying, so it may be difficult to have all 5 goats ready for a second burn. In this case, don't be afraid to go to 6-8 goats, yes she gets faster and stays calm for less time, but you've got more free hands to grab kits/batteries. A single person can finish a game at the end, that happens pretty often, actually.
Most of that applies to the Inn. In the beginning get 5 clean eggs and burn them at the same time. Then proceed with die/revive cycle until you get the other 5 eggs clean (she'll be puking them out whenever she's calm, it takes 2-3 calms to puke out all 5 atp). Then just burn them whenever, and try to save the "easiest" eggs (closest to pool) for last.
If u can walk past another way then do that, try to use UV light almost only when "Azazel" is coming after you
