Use your UV flashlight with RMB but remember you can't do it again for sometime because their eyes turn red and are burned, which means they won't be affected by the UV for a short time after stunning them with it.

I think singleplayer should be totally rebalance, from 7 ,inclusive, onwards is too punitive.
The percentages of the achievements, speak clearly in this regard.
