I don't think so, Discord, CSGO, Phasmophobia, GTA V and many other games/programs that uses voice works fine with no need of any adjustement
I got a pretty decent mic (for gaming at least) and also I just leave default windows output settings (taking out of the way the voicemeteer setup, that again, has nothing to do with the mic bc I use the default windows setting for this) and is still buggy, so I'm pretty shure is the game.
Again, I'm sorry for my english.
I was looking for the solution for a long time but found nothing. I know not only i have this problem
Please reply me and do you best to fix the issue. Thanks
I was never able to fix this, not for my 3.5mm jack microphone, not even (as uselessly suggested by the devs) "eliminating things 1 by 1" I uninstalled Voicemeeter (In detriment of my streaming volume setup)
The problem was obviously a game related one as my microphone worked perfectly with any other application/program/game
In the end I was able to make the thing work by using an old cheap USB mic that I had lying around, which I found quite funny at the time since the game wouldn't recognise an ok-ish mic that connected via the Jack INTEGRATED input but it would work with a crappy USB one :P
So I guess solution = USB mic or else it won't work
(No idea if devs fixed this or they're still telling people to "try eliminating things 1 by 1")
