problem with launching multiplayer

HI, I play D every day and yesterday out of nowhere I cannot pres start game button on multiplayer. I can join game, but the minute the game starts D crashes. I tried to uninstall antivir and reinstall the game. My internet connection is fine and there were no updates between those 2 days (though I tried to update everything afterwards). Other steam multiplayer games work well, and I can also play D on single player.
So its really just Start game button + those question marks by Proximity Voice and the other thing, that will not show me any text if I point at it.
Whats with that server?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

So you are crashing? Usually that's a GPU issue. You could pop into our Discord to share your logs if you like.

Some common causes of crashes in DEVOUR are:
1. Outdated GPU drivers. Make sure that you are on the latest drivers for your specific GPU.
2. Hardware that is below our minimum required specs. See the Steam store page for the minimum requirements.
3. Overclocked GPUs (including factory overclocking) can sometimes cause crashes within games built with Unity. Try reducing your core clock down to stock level using a 3rd party tool such as MSI Afterburner.

everyone in the party has to be ready to start the game, it wont work if a player isnt ready.

I actually showed this to developers and he had no idea why its happening. So I have to always join the game.
I perplexed D developer, yaaaay.
