Replace the Flag in the Tutorial

How am I supposed to accomplish this? I'm stuck in the tutorial on Replace the Flag, I've clicked on everything, looked through all I could, researched the net, nothing is telling me how to accomplish what i'm sure is very obvious to the rest of the world.

Select a lumbermill then press RMB anywhere on the ground. This sets up a flag with a working area around it. Workers in that lumbermill will be working in that area

I usually don't refund games, i just drop 'em. Passing here just to say I dropped the game because of this. No idea what "replacing the flag" was supposed to mean, couldn't give a meaning to it, couldn't continue the tutorial so I just alt-tabbed, waited for the game to drop the last cards and uninstalled it.

This is shocking to me as it literally says the same things as one of the buttons in the building hot keys. those that change based on what building or unit you have selected. guess I come from a bygone era where you would check every button before you gave up.

+1 to "Replace the flag" being a terrible tutorial instruction. I wouldn't be here if it I had any clue what it meant. "The flag". What flag? I can see one on the castle, is that it? Flag... flag... can't see a flag anywhere.

Updating the text to something like: "Replace the lumbermill centre of area-of-effect flag using the right mouse button" would make it infinitely more useful.

You can't underestimate the ignorance of newbies!

EDIT: a much better description would be to describe the effect, not the action. "Set the centre of the lumbermill logging area using the right mouse button. This places a flag".
