One is lack of memory - this occasionally happens even on 16GB RAM systems, even though I personally never experienced one myself on my 16GB RAM laptop. Possible fixes are to close all other apps before launching the game, or to increase swap file: https://superuser.com/questions/793304/how-to-increase-swap-memory-in-windows
The second cause is a ntdll.dll crash: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/ntdlldll-crashing-problems/3a27eb6f-f70d-4952-b54a-b711d8e677fb
If you can send us your crash logs and player logs we will be able to tell which one of the reasons it is and if it is one of the two at all.
Crash logs are located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Door 407\Diplomacy is Not an Option\Crashes
It'd also help if you send the whole Diplomacy is Not an Option folder located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Door 407
Please, send those at kirilles@door407.com
