Any Tips? The southern attacks always break my neck at some point because they come way too fast
And it's not the "main" enemy wave. It's impossible to keep them away as they keep coming every 5 minutes or so. I have to route al my army to that buggy wave that keeps coming non stop
I can't progress. stuck on this level.
I used the crossbowmen to explore while the melee troops guarded the area with stone walls and towers. I also made 8 ballistae by the time I had built 4 ships. This game is economy first so you should not be struggling with resources by the time the drunk peasants from the South come in waves.
But i mean nobody plays the first time to get the #1 world record of fastest time to finish a level, nobody will excpect you have to do everything so quickly and clear the map as soon as possible
yep, it was too easy in EA, now it is even more easier
The difficulty spikes on the 4th mission to an insane degree, the three missions before this are a joke, 4th mission is near impossible.
And then we have devs coming in going "Well I build the game and I could beat it on the hardest difficulty, git gud" amazing :D
