Epic games overlay throws a fatal error.

playing on epic, I keep getting the fatal error, any idea how to fix?

Unlink your steam account in epic games and remove epic files from C:\Users\user\AppData\Local.
if you are playing in epic games, wait for a official fix

if you unlink STEAM account from EPIC GAMES CENTER (I told about direct link, not app link) you never link this steam account again to your EPIC account after they fix everything and never will have crossplay and friends inviting from EPIC games center, because according to rules of EPIC you can only setup another STEAM account to EPIC, but not one which link you allredy have deleted.
