I like custom tracks. but I can Race completely solo?

I want to play this game but I'm very suck and I never was good with any racing against CPU cars.

Can I play Singleplayer mode? I would like relaxed racing, but I need all CPU cars completely DISABLED?

I acquired the game on Epic Store Free offer. And unfortunately NO SINGLE person replied to say that racing without CPU / AI cars is NOT POSSIBLE! I finished at 11th place out of 12 cars on the introduction race, and when I tried its custom map building mode:
1. I got to the step do finish my first and it either didn't let me to pass it al all because something still saying its wrong and I wouldn't finish even tutorial I CANNOT even skip at all;
2. Even majority of race track parts in BASIC are completely locked so I'm assume bad truth this game is just not for me. I will now put this into my ignore list - I wanted to just use custom tracks building mode, but I cannot really - even majority of the very basic track pieces are still locked behind requirement to beating all those CPU cars and win 1st place, which as I noted above am extremely weak into that category. So, I will have to ditch this game altogether!

You can race without CPU cars in Time Trial mode if that's what you want, you could also try to lower difficulty settings if you really struggle that hard with the AI.

i think you unlock parts for the custom builder by playing the game, but i can't recall, i ended the game like a year ago

If you want to race against no one, if you create a track, press Test the Track. This will put you in a test race with no other bots. Hope this helps!
