Game crashes during the starting process

Hi,

my game crashes unfortunately during the intro with the following error: The UE4-hotwheels Game has crashed and will...Fatal Error!

I have an i7 10700K and a 3080 Ti. GPU driver is up to date.

Does anyone know a solution for this? The game worked a couple of days ago. I also deinstalled in reinstalled it with no success.

i get similar issue but i dont get any crash or error just i'm stuck on loading screen i hear music and the loading wheel is spinning

i got the same issue..... was working yesterday come on today and same thing just crashes at the intro. no fix tried validating tried re installing

Edit: can confirm for some reason will work after updating or installing epic games and i am playing off steam.
