Does GOTY version includes all dlcs ?

I bought the main game ($14.99) plus the GOTY Upgrade Pack ($13.49) and I now own everything on the list of DLCs.

I can confirm that if you buy the GOTY edition you'll get everything listed on the store except for the upgrade of course.

Well, the GOTY at its current price is a steal.
And you won't ever find a more complete / final edition of the game anyway.

So if you want it, buy it now or don't buy it at all I guess...
