fatal error, can't open the game

anyone know how to fix this game issue hotwheels unleashed on steam deck? i can't play the game. Every time I go to the map and select a level, it always gets stuck on the loading screen. and suddenly it went blank, force closed and said "fatal error".
Even though previously I was playing fine, it happened suddenly. I've looked for a solution on YouTube but there's no answer. because everyone uses Windows OS, while I use Steam OS. because I use a steam deck.

Same here, I think they are too busy rolling out game breaking updates right now to worry about the broken game.

finally i can play this game. just update for latest version today, finally they improved their game. after almost 1 month I can't play it.
