Can't start because XINPUT1_4.dll is missing from your computer

the game wont start when i try and run it with steam and i get this^^^ every time i try to open from the folder.
verify integrity of game cache found nothing wrong

xinput1.4 is not available on win7. win7 is too old, but there is a workaround that works in other games maybe it works here, too.
Go to C:/Windows/System32 and search for xinput1_3.dll
Copy that file and rename the copy to xinput1_4.dll
The next step you have to test what works for you, it seems to differ from game to game. For some games you just leave it in System32 folder, for other games you have to place it into the game's folder.
