Will the pre-order incentives become avaible later on?

I dont want to tell you to do that, and then get you locked out of getting the cars you wanted in the pre order packs. I just think there may be a better chance of the pre order cars being a dlc pack later. It will be 4 cars you missed. 2 of which are bugged right now. The shark car's jaw makes it crash or get stuck when you bump the wall

I am just a 100% kind of guy. So if its possible I dont mind waiting for the DLC to come out.

well the poeple who payed 100 still get teh 2 expansions. The people who got standard will have to shell out extra cash for the 2 expansions and extra cash for the cars they didn;t get. also people who get the more expensive pack in the beginning end up saving like $10 when it's all said and done

I paid the Ultimate Edition and don't mind it, that everyone has a chance to get them. Especially since the Shop page says those packs are a pre order incentive and are not meant to be exclusive pre order bonuses, just earlier available for those who bought these editions.
