Logitech G29 Driving Force Support?
:flammable: Knowing that it's an arcade game, I'd still like to know if it will support steering wheels, as it would be awesome to play Hot Wheels using the steering wheel, especially if it has force feedback support :death:

I doubt it, but that would be cool though. I mean technically the g29 is just a controller , so it could probably work anyway, but obviously without force feedback.

it would not be cool.... usualy such arcade games with a wheel is no fun at all. steering stuff like that with a wheel your wheel steering would be all over the place all the time no point in even trying.

steering wheels have been on arcade games for decades. it wouldn't be anything new.

Just because you think its lame doesn't mean people aren't allowed to want it lmao. Why are you even commenting in this thread.

iam talking from experience i tried wheels on various arcade games and by what i have seen gameplay wise iam pretty confident to say it´s not even worth to try because it will be a very bad experience.
doesnt mean he can´t try it tho ^^ just saying its not worth the hazzle

If you set your wheel settings closer to what you would see on a arcade machine and It would be fun.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but the answer is probably a definite no. I just finished refunding and uninstalling the game from my Xbox Series X because it doesn't even offer a 1st person POV. The game forces you to drive in a 3rd person view from behind the car with no way of changing it up. At least that's the way it is on Xbox. It may be different on PC, but I am not sure. I have been a gamer for the past 30+ years (I am 43). Driving in 1st person POV in an absolute must for me as I can not drive in 3rd person. It doesn't feel right and never has. It's why I suck at games such as Mario Kart, but am an absolute pro at Need for Speed, Forza, or Grand Turismo. I am not saying that 3rd person is bad. Absolutely not... It's a preference. Unfortunately though, there are a few gamers where it goes beyond preference and becomes a priority or a must have. For some reason or another our brains won't let us "get good" or become accustomed to the 3rd person view. It's like telling someone who has to play inverted controls in fp or 3rd person shooters... They can't. It's like asking a right handed batter to bat left handed or a left handed pitcher to throw right. It's an unfortunate thing indeed because I really love this game and now I can not play it.

I don't understand what's going on here if there is no bumper camera:

Replay camera maybe? There is no HUD displayed so i'm thinking that. Seems odd though and a bit much to refund the whole game over not having a bumper camera, i'd never use it any way personally despite being a more hardcore orientated racer I can make my own time for arcade games.

yes there is only a 3rd person perspective but tbh i dont think any other perspective makes sense in this game.
if this would be a simulation i would share the same opinion about cockpit view....
but in this game it doens´t make sense because youre littlery sideways nearly every corner and you still need to see where youre going.

Hi everyone, Have any of you been able to configure the G29 on PC to play the game? I have a little boy who would love to play it with the steering wheel. I saw some youtube videos of people playing it but I couldn't get him to take the device for this game. Thanks!

could try the 360ce controller emulator, janky but should work once you get it dialed in. burnout, nfs, flatout all work with it and i don't see why it wouldn't here.
