2. There are Easter eggs and achievements that are missable, but nothing permanent. You can always go back and find them later.

4. The only differences are those dictated by the actual platform. Since Switch does not support achievements on the platform, there won't be achievements there, but there will be on Steam. There are other differences related to how saves work, controls, cloud saves, etc, but nothing core to the game will be different.
I just checked again, and they seem to just be physical goods. Although, I would like confirmation on them, the buttons, and stickers.
I have seen some clever workarounds with certain games on Switch though. Like adding a dedicated achievement menu integrated into the games like in the case of the Portal Companion Collection, Devil May Cry 3 Switch Edition, Quake, Doom 64, Shovel Knight, Hollow Knight, etc.
And to be honest I love when they pop-up on Switch to notify you that you got them, is such a nice feeling with sense of completion.
