Game does not start on macOS

Hey,

I recently downloaded the DEMO and I could play it well, so I decided to buy the full game. After installing it and pressing PLAY nothing happens, the button changes quickly to CANCEL then STOP then PLAY again. No error messages are displayed.

Config:

macOS 11.4
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018,
16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
2,7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

Hi same bug here I just bought an MBA M1 and when I try to launch the game I have the same problem the game doesn't launch

I got the solution it worked for me, i had to verify the cache :



Restart your computer and launch Steam
From a game's library page, select Manage > Properties.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
