Is there a way I can get the Board to agree to my demands?

Hey all,

I've been playing Football Manager on the Xbox game pass and I know that it isn't on steam but steam's like pretty much the best place to get help with stuff like this.

Anyhow how can I get the board to agree to for example get a Loan Manager, Improve Salaries, etc. I was playing with one Club for over 4 seasons, built them up from last in the league to Being able to win the league twice (Once by a 1 goal lead,) and the second I won on aggregate luckily.

Anyway I had earned the club quite a pretty penny, selling a few players, and seeing how revenue, sponsorships and prize money and pretty much I had made quite some bank for a Canadian club. I liked the players and all but I couldn't get the directors to agree to getting a loan manager (Had around 12 youngsters that could have benefited from loans, but was hard to find them manually) or improving salaries to compete against MLS clubs for better coaching, scouting etc.

I ended up leaving the club as if I can't improve them any further without the boards approval I was quite disappointed.

Is there a way I can make sure they agree to these terms or can I like buy the club or something like that?

keep asking, Sometimes saying rivals while get ahead help and just try a milion time. Just be patient

Can't I get dismissed for like consistently asking about that? When I ask for Loan Manager for example it says "Board will respond to you soon" or something like that, then the next day it said rejected and then there was no option to disagree with it.

Loving the game so far as I'm finding I'm doing better at this Football Manager than 20, or 18.

same for me, they agree to like 10% of my requests...

It's really disappointing. I wish I could like buy out the club or something and own it, because then I could get the club to my own vision of it. I love building clubs up and you know making them into something from nothing, but as you do the owners are always like "More profit pls and less spending money" and then everything goes to ♥♥♥♥.

i'll give an example so that there is a backup to my words... my current team allows me to scout whole world but allows me to have 5 scouts max. Asked about this 7 times already, they always said no. Tried 'or else' tactic, didn't worked.... the ONLY things they'd agree are number of coaches (then why no scouts? ), training/youth facilities and that's about it.
