Is it a Bug? Loaned in Player & Manager complaining not being played in correct position when actually is?

So at the start of my current season of the game a lower league manager, my Chairman did me dirty by selling the clubs best player our Left Wing Back and was a total idiot in accepting just 300k for the player when I had already rejected offers before that for 700k+.

Anyway rushed out to find a replacement and loaned in a player who is a Natural Left Wingback, to play as my Left Wingback. He's played every game so far this season in the Left Wingback Position either with Support or Attacking Mentality. We nearly into December and yet he's Angry, and his Manager is constantly emailing me and having discussions with me to complain that he's being played in a "Weak Position" or not in the position "Contractually Agreed", yet bloody am.

Is this a bug in the game, is very any workaround for this. I hate the fact the player's bad mood and behaviour is now starting to effect the other players in my team.

This doesn't sound right at all. Any chance you could make a support ticket at fm21.info/support-ticket, please?
