Anyone know how to fix this?

Had a map rendering Problem, For some reason now, after sometime I play NFS Rivals, Part of the map stops loading, the music stops, tried to bank my points I had, got a black screen, had to use Task manager to quit from it everytime.

Also Tried the game on both my HDD, SDD, same problem, Even tried to Cap it 60, 45 Fps, same problem, anyone got any help for this, just wanted to play the game for fun, now I can't because of this problem, Any Help on this would be appreciated, Thanks.

Specs:
Computer: ACPI x64 based-PC
OS: Windows 10
Processor: i7-5930k 3.50Ghz
RAM: 16GB
Graphics Card: Nividia GeForce GTX 970
SDD: Crucial_CT525MX300SSD1 500GB
HDD: Seagate Portable SCSI Disk Device 1TB

(Don't know why I'm getting this problem, I can run other Triple A games fine but this I don't know why.)

Its because of 60 fps, Rivals bassicaly does a somesault with its legs broken on that. If you wanna go 100% with rivals hoping it wont crash, unload or randomly fail events you are gonna have to go on 30 FPS, or hope that it works.
Im bassicaly talking with a system maybe half as good as yours? And i can push the game hard but game cannot take it.

I think it's because of the internet connection? This only happens to me in multiplayer, but never on singleplayer. I even played this game on the standard locked at 30 fps.

I basically suddenly find myself on an unpaved road that is black and grindy ...weels are spinning engine is running but the car is stuck and so is the game and forced to use task manager to quit.

The way I fixed it was through reinstalling the game (it's not enough to verify the game files).

I never had this problem before untill i actually reinstalled it ! So in my case reinstalling CAUSED the problem...Dunno maybe i should reinstall it again.
