These NFS games aren't available for purchase since a long time because of the licensing issues, not because EA doesn't want to sell them. They are a big company, they really care about money. It's all about the licenses. Like Codemasters for example took down most of the GRID episodes and some of the DiRT episodes from the stores because of the licenses, EA did the same. You can always buy used copies from the Internet or some other places. I live in a small country and I could buy all the NFS episodes I wanted and other PS2-PS3 titles from console game stores. You can buy anything for console(s) if you wish. Originally, I wanted Pro Street for the PC, but it wasn't an option at all, in 2020. The console versions are good: Didn't have any problem(s) with the X360 version back in 2018, no stuttering, no lag etc, and on the PS3 it looks good, even if it is compared to the PC port. Yeah, there are frame drops here and there, but overall it's not nearly unplayable.
