Will this game work when EA will shut down servers again?
EA has bad record of shutting down servers of games that they think are not popular enough.

i dont want to buy game with expiration date, but reviews says you cant play offline at all. How bad is this problem? How game acts if it cant reach server? Maybe there are some mods or memory patches from fans that allows to play without connection to server???

It won't. The fact they put it out on Steam means they still believe it sells well enough, but sadly it is just a matter of time until it's just another "brick" on your hard drive. The Crew 1 and 2 are also guilty of this. We can only hope more games don't decide to follow. If you want to be safe, Payback is a worse game, but it costs the same amount and doesn't come with an unknown expiration date. Your other choice is NFS Heat, which not only is a better game, but doesn't have online only crap either, but it costs like 30 dollars rn.

Are you telling me the game won't work in offline mod when they shut down the servers?

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. The "offline mode" in NFS 2015 isn't really an offline mode, it still requires an internet connection, it just makes other players unable to join your session. Pretty sure some of the game's core functionality depends on the server connection, so once it shuts down we'll be having another fun situation like Darkspore and NFS:World. Let's hope the progress on emulating the servers by fans will be quick.

Can anyone who own this game turn off internet and tell or better record video and show hot it behaves?

i really want to try this one because of all recent NFS games this looks most like some sort of ungerground reboot, and im so hungry for neon nights and illegal street racing, also i like the cutscenes with real actors, it looks better than uncanny cgi actors and also reminds me most wanted times... but this possible expiration really bothers me.

Also how does this game compares to heat in terms of similarity to Undeground 1-2, Most Wanted and Carbon (yes im one of those guys who actually loved carbon and think its the last really good nfs) ???

And bonus question - how does this and heat compares to rockstars Midnight club series?

It shows you a screen to reconnect with the internet or turn off the game

as ketruB NFS 2015 is a online only game, if you lose internet connection you will be kicked to "press space to connect" screen

If you have lag (downloading something while playing for example) even while playing alone it will negatively affect you game.
For example checkpoints or the end line you hit them and thanks to the lag (if you have a lag) the game will have a delay in registering you hit that checkpoint/end line.. that would miss up with you badly in time trials or time attack races.

Didn't know you couldn't play without internet, fortunately I got it for a couple of dollars but still it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

It's likely they'll patch the game when they take down the servers and remove all the online features with it.

They won't. See: Darkspore. See: Battleforge.

Well since the game technically really doesn't need being online for anything, there is imho big chance, when they will decide to shut down servers they do one last patch, which will enable offline play. This happened a lot for some games which required online earlier. What I am trying to say, even though this game requires internet connection now, doesn't mean it will be like that forever. This is not type of game which requires online to actually work, because server coordinates some behavior.

I wouldn't get my hopes up. After all, they recently shut down Ghost Games and relocated its staff to Criterion and EA Ghotenburg.

but post release support does not really need original team plus it seem they just relocated and merged into other studio so basically they are still there, and so as the source code, which is anyway a propery of EA, so they can fire anyone but as long as source code is there they can update and patch anything.

It probably will be a while before the servers would shut down, but when that day come don't forget we are talking about EA and a series with many installments ... they won't implement offline patch.
