When I start the game, the screen is in super small size, even I press ALT-Enter , but can't enter a full screen mode, how can I cahnge the resolution or window size ?

Do you need to destroy X blocks, buy X bombs or killing X monster in one run for the achievements?

I know this is probably a bit much to ask at this point but would it at all be possible to get a 2nd controller layout with a dedicated bomb button? On an xbox360 dpad its easy to accidentally lay down bombs when things get hectic. If not no biggie I may just need to quick fudging the d-dad with my giant thumb :) Also, a separate sound effect when ore is crafted/bought would be really cool and give a more satisfying feel. (right now its the same sfx as scrolling up and down the menu) Really good game...
