In one of the Nero stealth missions(The one where you follow a scientist into a cave),the AI of the scientist got bugged and she didn't move at all.
It forced me to throw a rock at her to fix it.

Fluctuating game speed during gameplay
Some users and Digital Foundry report that an issue occurs during gameplay (and most noticeably during bike riding segments) where the game speed rapidly fluctuates between full speed and a lower speed
here is the video of digital foundry discussion the issue:

skip to min. 13:00 - it's not a frame rate issue for me because i get constant 80-100 fps on high settings 1080p
why don't do anything about this glaring issue for many players out there? i am way above spec and you game still behaves like crap even after a fresh install of win10.
Played it with 1060 3gb, a little stutter here and there, but runs on 60 fps with high-ultra settings
She is a very rare encounter on PS4-version)
For anybody reading the above comment and thinking that 'female' and 'Christian' are significant in any way, they added some new survivor NPCs. You encounter these around the map. You get rewards if you save them and send them to a camp. The fact that a new NPC is female and a Christian is not relevant.
