It can run at 30fps at 800p or consistent 40+ frames at 540p with FSR. The issue here is I find the input delay enough to make me not want to play.
7700K 1080ti here, and I play on Linux through Proton and it runs like butter @ 1440p
Nah, just like 20 of them at once and that was no problem, so figured it will work with hordes, think I had all hordes cleared on the save, I will start a new game and play from start, but it runs smooth maxing with the bike and flipping around with the camera.
As I said only played a couple minutes on the Deck.
I was thinking the same thing...
Game runs great on my self-built PC, fully maxed no stutter 80+ FPS with mods & reshade...
I bet he has a ton of pre-installed crap running in the background on top of the rest of the hardware just bottlenecking that 3070Ti. Don't buy pre-built they make money off you from overpaying on lower end parts (cpu/ram/mobo). While they tricked you with a 3070Ti into thinking, "all I need is a good GPU"...

or yknow, update your drivers.
thanks
I have found this game can stutter a fair bit if any of the following is true:
*You have dram main timings, seconfdary, and tertiary that pass any number of reputable test programs that are just a smidge too aggressive for voltages on IOD CCD, vSOC, or vDIMM in any possible combo This can be tested by running full stock, full auto, and JEDEC: with or without PBO on
*Your IF is being pushed too far and even though it doesn't WHEA under any circumstance or otherwise show errors(applicable only @ 1900IF/3800MT and above) Can be tested in a similar fashion to above in full stock, auto voltages, JEDEC ram timings (on Asus boards its F5 in UEFI)
You are using BT for anything but in particular audio. Turn off BT to test
Your card memory is being overclocked to the point of error correction being rused in hardware, imperceptibly. This will be a setting that still nets you gains in 3dmark while showing no artifacting in games but you see stutters even though the frame rate should yield a butta-smoov visual experience. Try running the memory at 0 offset to test.
Holds true on the 3950x, 5950x and 5800x3d with several different varieties of the 2080 Ti i own in my testing.
