That game has some similarities with Days Gone
1.You ride around in your vehicle that has a limited amount of fuel.
2.You can customize your vehicle.
3.There are some camps around that you can help them and do some missions for them.
4.Similar to Days Gone, Mad Max is also a post apoclypse game and you also fight some mad guys that are bald.
First i was a bit sceptical and expected another poor adaption of a film licence.
But it actually turned out being pretty good and enjoyable.
You might also want to check out rage 2, which is also pretty similar (still without zombies though)
In what way?
They just mashed two different things together that are different from most other games and it creates a new-ish look and feel that lasts a while. Motorcycles and Zombies.
FarCry had Vehilces, Bikes and some wild enemies.
Assassins Creed had Horses and standard enemies.
If you are someone looking for Zombies then there are a lot of options but none really with bikes.
If you are looking for Vehicles/Apocalyptic Settings then there are also a few games with them. Even MAD MAX is a similar Console style game to this and it's actually pretty fun to 100% it.
Mad Max is actually a solid recommend but it's far closer to the Batman Arkham type games
Zombies have been around for ages in video games, so if you're going to try and play that whole 'this is a rip off of DayZ' rot, then find somewhere else to do it.
Days Gone excels in graphics, storyline, animations, dialogue and isn't even a multiplayer game.
Seriously? RDR 2? No offense, but it was one of the most profoundly brilliant game I have ever played in my life. They only few games that ever truly blew my expectations were Max Payne, Crysis, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (the original 2008 release) and RDR 2.
You are genuinely missing out on incredible graphics, beautiful landscapes, incredible interactivity with all the NPC's and your own gang members, and the most brilliantly deep stories about a man wresting between being loyal to a leader who is taking them down a dark path of greed, and trying to atone for the past acts he has committed and is haunted by.
It's not that much of a real life simulator... but the landscape creates an immersion that is second to none in my opinion.
