Some strange microfreezes especially appear on the bike. I play at the maximum speed of the ryzen 5 1600 rtx 2060 super system, I searched everywhere and couldn’t find a solution.

Play a bit slower.
This is a PS4 console game, ported to PC. It was designed for playing at 30fps, the design fps of the PS4. 60 fps is the gold standard for game devs, what they want. Anything higher you can get is great, but can cause problems like microfreezes.
Playing at your rigs maximum speed is probably a bit too fast for the game and what your rig is capable of. So turn everything down one notch. If required, turn it all down another notch.

Have you also had these microfreezes at higher fps?

No, but I'm playing on a higher spec computer, with my graphics set at optimal for this game, ie, below my rigs maximum speed.

Why? What difference does it make?
It's your computer that is having this problem

It’s just very strange in other games, I don’t see this, everything goes smoothly, that’s why I asked if you had such a problem and you solved it this way.
The game is built on Unreal Engine 4, which is not designed for open world games. The devs had to build a lot of mods for the platform, so it would do what they wanted i to do, on PS4.
A few years later it was ported to PC It should not be a surprise if something doesn't work quite as perfectly as intended. My PC could run a game like this at 150fps easily, but I've capped it to 120 so I don't get problems like this.

I helped with making this troubleshooter,

Indeed, there are fewer microfreezes, but they still haven’t disappeared, it’s much more pleasant to play
So cap your fps to 60. Play it for a bit. If there are no microfreezes, take it up to 90. If that's still good, go a bit higher, and so on. Once you start getting microfreezes again, take it back down to the highest fps with no freezes.

You've got an Nvidia GPU. Nvidia give you GeForce Experience, software for controlling your GPU. You can use it to set your graphics to whatever you like, within the limitations of your card and monitor, for each individual game. If you've got Days Gone set to run at Ultra, turn it back 1, or even 2, presets. Ultra setting relies heavily on DLSS and ray tracing, neither of them are much use with Days Gone or your card.
u need to go below reccomned specs bro. 2060 is very weak now a days

I have it so far is absolutely enough, fps I have at maximum more than 80-90, the problem is not in fps but in freezing.

Cap your fps in NVIDIA CP to 60 and see what happens

when I limit FPS to 60 there are fewer freezes, but they don’t disappear completely

Reduce your textures/settings

This doesn’t help, I tried lowering the settings to the minimum, the result is the same, freezes I think one of these days reinstalling Windows might help.

although I don’t think this is a hardware problem because in other games everything is fine and smooth.
You could try this mod, the guy who made it is well known for game optimisations and has a lot of technical knowledge. It may help as he has configurations for different VRAM and changes to synchronisation which can help prevent hitches.
