Then they should have advertised the date as being the 25th instead of the 24th for a release date? Does that sound like it makes to much sense?

You get the graphic upgrades without the DLC, just download and install the new update.
Nah man, its still 1.07 on GoG. You can check if you want to download the installer from Galaxy, it says 1.07... Should be 1.08
My bad, I have little experience getting games on GoG, I thought you would be getting all updates regardless of where you purchased the game.
